Due to the nature of digital courses and digital ebooks, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in the following cases:
If a user is charged twice for the same course, they can request a refund for the excess amount by providing transaction details.
If a payment fails but the amount is debited, the user must contact us within 72 hours with the payment reference ID. Refund processing depends on Razorpay or the respective payment provider’s timelines.
