Cancellations and Refunds Policy

GeekFactory Innovations Private Limited (CIN: U72900PB2017PTC046175) operates AAIE.in, an online coaching platform for export education. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds for our courses and services.

By purchasing a course on AAIE.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once a course is purchased, cancellations are not allowed as our programs provide immediate access to digital content.
  • Users who do not attend live sessions or access pre-recorded materials are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.
  • In case of an accidental or duplicate purchase, users must inform us within 24 hours at hello@geekfactory.in with proof of transaction for resolution.


2. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital courses and digital ebooks, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued, except in the following cases:

2.1 Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same course, they can request a refund for the excess amount by providing transaction details.

2.2 Transaction Failure with Deducted Amount

If a payment fails but the amount is debited, the user must contact us within 72 hours with the payment reference ID. Refund processing depends on Razorpay or the respective payment provider’s timelines.

2.3 Course Not Delivered

  • If access to a purchased course is not granted within 24 hours, users must reach out to our support team.
  • If the issue remains unresolved beyond 7 days, a full refund will be considered.


3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • User changes their mind after purchase.
  • User is unable to attend live classes or complete the course.
  • User expected a different learning outcome or business results.
  • User violates our Terms and Conditions, leading to account suspension.


4. REFUND PROCESS

  • All refund requests must be sent to hello@geekfactory.in with the subject â€śRefund Request – [Order ID]”.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway policies.
